Rhecore Foundation
Strong movement starts early. This program gives younger patients the physical foundation that supports everything else they do.
Rhecore Foundation
What It Is:
A structured movement development and physical rehabilitation program for children and adolescents. Designed as a premium, clinician-led development program — not a sports class, not a general fitness session. Every assessment, plan, and session is led by a qualified physiotherapist and built around the individual child's movement profile and goals.
Who It Is For:
- Parents who want a clear, professional explanation of their child's movement, posture, or physical development concerns — and a structured plan to address them
- Parents who have noticed something is off but are not sure where to start or who to see
- Children and teenagers with postural issues, movement problems, or sports injuries
- Young athletes who want to build physical foundations and reduce injury risks
- Children experiencing growing pains, coordination difficulties, or physical confidence challenges
- Adolescents recovering from sports injury who need structured return-to-sport

How it unfolds
Movement screening and assessment
thorough evaluation of posture, movement quality, strength, and coordination. A written assessment report is provided to parents.
Individual development plan
a structured program built around the child's specific findings, goals, and physical stage of development
Guided development sessions
physiotherapist-led sessions focusing on movement quality, postural correction, strength foundations, and coordination
Progress review and reporting
formal milestone reviews with written progress reports for parents

How it Works
Positioning note for parents
Every session is led by a qualified physiotherapist. Your child's program is built from their assessment, not a generic curriculum. Progress is documented, measurable, and reported to you formally.
What Makes It Different:
Rhecore Foundation is not a group fitness class or a general kids program. It is a physiotherapy-led development program with formal assessment, individual planning, and measurable outcomes. Parents receive written reports at each milestone review. Children work toward specific, clinically defined movement goals — not arbitrary fitness benchmarks.
Outcome:
Improved movement quality, stronger physical foundation, better postural habits, and a child who understands their body and moves with confidence.
