This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and store it, who we share it with, and your rights, including in connection with our use of the Instagram API to display content on this Site.

• Website usage data: When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, typically through analytics tools or server logs.
• Contact information: If you contact us directly (e.g., via email or a contact form), we collect the information you provide, such as your name and email address.
• Instagram content data: Our Site displays public content (such as feed posts and Reels) retrieved from our connected Instagram Business/Creator account via the Instagram API. This data belongs to our own Instagram account and is used only for display purposes on the Site; we do not collect Instagram data belonging to individual Site visitors.

We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our business functions, in line with APP 3.

2. How We Use and Disclose Information

We use the information described above to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
• Display Instagram content (feed posts, Reels) on the Site via the Instagram API;

• Instagram content displayed on the Site is refreshed periodically via the Instagram API and is not stored beyond what is necessary for display and short-term caching.

In line with APP 11, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify personal information once it is no longer needed for any purpose for which it may be used or disclosed.

4. Overseas Disclosure

Some of the third-party services we use may store or process data on servers located outside Australia:

• Meta / Instagram API : used to retrieve and display our own Instagram content on the Site. Meta processes data on servers that may be located in the United States and other countries. See Meta's Privacy Policy and Platform Terms for details on how Meta handles data.
• Website hosting and analytics providers : standard tools used to host the Site and understand aggregate visitor traffic, which may store data on overseas servers.

As required by APP 8, where personal information may be disclosed to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure those recipients handle your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, where practicable.
