Rhecore is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic where exercise is a core part of treatment. You'll work alongside physiotherapists and other clinicians to guide patients from injury and surgery through to confident movement, strength, and long-term performance.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver supervised rehabilitation and strength sessions.
- Design and progress individual exercise programs under clinician guidance where appropriate.
- Support patients recovering from injury, surgery, and persistent pain.
- Work with recreational and high-performance clients looking to improve movement and performance.
- Help build a positive, motivating environment that keeps patients engaged throughout their recovery.

Who we're looking for
- Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum), with Diploma or Strength & Conditioning qualifications highly regarded.
- Experience working with rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, or athletic populations is desirable.
- Passion for movement quality, strength development, and long-term health.
- Excellent communication and ability to motivate people from all backgrounds.
- Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative clinical environment.
